When things feel dark and hopeless, we are here to give you the direction necessary to help make your circumstances manageable. The monitoring program helps remove the fear attached to your situation, help you get organized and create a plan, and help you come out the other side hopeful.
This program helps to ensure success in long-term sobriety through a high level of accountability. Founded in 2019, this program is a new way to provide long-term support for you and documentation of success to you, your family, and any applicable legal entities. Additionally, it helps Solutions meet its goal of providing all possible levels of care to all who need it.

Structure of the Monitoring Program
- Progress reviews with Case Manager
- Assignments tailored to align with your individualized goals and objectives
- Random testing for drugs and alcohol
- Regularly monitored and reviewed treatment plans and daily living plans
- Attendance monitoring for all mandatory meetings, sponsor communication, outpatient treatment programs, etc.
- Documentation of your progress and regular reports to the your support system (legal or familial)
- Symptom distress assessment through the administering of the OQ-45.2
