Residential Program FAQs

Sober living or structured transitional services are not clinical in nature; therefore, this service is not covered by insurance.
Our residential program is a recommended minimum 90-day stay, with the ability to stay up to one year.
As much as we love animals, our residential properties are not set up to allow for emotional support animals or service animals.

Please bring your clothing and include at least one comfortable job search outfit. If possible, bring a phone and/or an alarm clock. All clients are asked to bring two towels with their names written on them in sharpie. Additional necessary items are two forms of valid identification, any prescribed or over-the-counter medications in their original bottles, your program fees, and a supportive family member or loved one. All belongings should fit within 3 bags. Clients are not permitted to have laptops, tablets, or computers.

Yes, as long as your car is legal, insured, you are legally allowed to drive, and it is deemed appropriate by the Admissions Department.

Outpatient Services FAQs

All outpatient levels of care are based on the client completing their treatment plan goals. Therefore, length of services will vary per client. However, the average length of each program is: IOP – 19 weeks (Phase 1 is 9 weeks and Phase 2 is 10 weeks) and SOP – 10 weeks.
While service animals are not allowed in our residential services, certified service animals are allowed in all outpatient services (group and individual sessions).
Not unless the history includes sexual offenses and/or a repeated history of violence.
Yes – in all outpatient services (residential services – no). We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, Baylor Scott and White, Ambetter, Cigna, and Aetna.
Please bring your medical insurance card, identification, medications in the bottle they’re prescribed, any necessary copays, and family support if applicable.
