Education is a wonderful addition, but our organization is built on our experiences in the trenches.

As a team, a key value is to foster community and be open-minded to new ideas and strategies. There are many worlds around us that we can learn from; the recovery community, the non-profit and for-profit community, the families, professionals, our elders…and the list goes on. We want to learn and teach and have those conversations and partnerships that change our world.
Leadership and “making the call” are important values for every single team member at Solutions of North Texas. Team members are trained and encouraged to lead and make decisions. This legacy must survive far past the founders and early leaders. We need fresh, innovative, current ideas and strategies! Without leadership, we lose the heart of what we do and fall flat.
